If the user was not registered then a message would be presented - 'you need to register in order to participate in this on-demand training module' and then the user would be presented with the registration process - if they are registered, then they would simply go straight to the module.

This video/audio podcast will explain the importance of communication styles and how to recognise them. Participants will meet the four communication styles and learn more about the way they interact with others.

By the end of the video, viewers will have a clear understanding of what each of the styles are and how to shape conversations to get their message across clearly. There will be an opportunity for participants to complete a survey to help identify their own styles.
